I’ve had radio silence from a small investment bank for about a week now. I’ve completed several rounds of interviews, but last Thursday the firm reposted the job I’ve been interviewing for. On Friday the headhunter said that they’re not sourcing new candidates and it’s probably just LinkedIn automatically refreshing the listing. She said they had a busy week last week but will make a final decision this week - is the delay and radio silence a bad sign or is this typical for experienced hiring?

HR called and informed that i have L2 round.. what they will ask in L2 round.. how to clear L2 round.. in first round they asked full basic concepts and configuration and now don't know what is the expectations in L2 round... I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs. Instead of leaving, I’d love to go back to my “consulting roots” and join the ProServ team. I’m taking my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam next weekend. Hoping this freeze is lifted soon.

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. It’s like they don’t know what to say or I make them feel awkward so they don’t bother…I’m trying to focus on a few that have been supportive but it’s hard…Any words of advice? 😞

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

Hi all! I work at a nonprofit and am looking to leave the organization. As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc..
