But from deep within I feel i am cheating the company. I wanted to move out of teh company so that We don't waste our time but at times I take a step back as i like working here. Its WFH and weekend off 9-6 kind of job.

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role.
