Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

Possible? I guess. Probable? Not really. Your account would be shut down when you left the company, so there shouldn't be any way for them to track what you're doing. If you're really worried about it, clear cache, then uninstall/reinstall.
Tell us if it’s Android or iOS. On iOS go to settings -> general -> vpn and device management and look for any management profiles. Remove any that you find.
They should not be able to see or do anything unless there’s a profile in the OS.
Your MS apps, the most they can do is issue a command to remove any data and profiles for their company accounts within those apps only. I’d go ahead and remove any trace of your old employer from Teams, Outlook, etc if that hasn’t been done already. Good rule of thumb is to not keep any data from your old employer around so they can’t accuse you of taking their information with you to your new job.
If you still have any of their software on your devices they can. I would go through and see what the IT department had put on your computer to see if there’s any traces of your old company.
There are no circumstances, real or imaginary, under which an employee should place any company-related data or applications on their personal phone. If the company wants those things, they can buy or rent those devices.
BYOD isn't about employee convenience, but it is either about a company not wanting to pay for company hardware, or snooping in employees' personal life, or both. Just say 'I will never mix personal and company data or software on any device under any circumstances.' If that's a deal breaker for the company, you would never respect yourself if you were working there.
It is possible but VERY unlikely. If you have any work software on it, I would just delete it. That should solve the problem honestly.
Possible but unlikely. It really depends on what software, and management has remained on it. If you've kept the device in whatever fleet management tool. And through that the device egress been routed through their network yeah they’ll see. If you’ve kept documents that have been marked by dlp even after offboarding those documents would be tracked. Most enterprises ensure offboarding and most employees delete and unenroll. So it depends on the degree of enrollment. And privacy laws in your country and the company whether they adhere or are knowledgeable about the limits etc

I doing think so. I log off of my devices/get kicked out when I leave. Ain’t nobody got time to track you once you’re gone
Make sure you remove them as admin on your device and delete teams, reinstall under a different email. Should take care of it
You’re smoking waaaaaaaaay to much good weed
