I love to work from home, because I am home alone all day from 8:00-3:00. Most of my work is primarily done over the phone, having interaction with patients, and reaching out to them to discuss their needs, concerns, and teaching regarding their health. I take a 30 min lunch break and typically go for a walk. I take 15 minutes to use the restroom or refill a cup of coffee. I think it’s important not to take advantage of the opportunity to work from home. It is a privilege.
Do you know where i can apply for remote positions ,, i would love this
I start my day at 9am, take an hour or so lunch to go to the gym, make dinner, take a nap, etc. log off by 5pm. My job is low impact with no calls which is why it’s easy to do so.
Corporate Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry (specifically plasma)
I start my morning at about 6 am till about 7 get kids to school and then work through until I have to pick up kids at 4 pm. Sometimes I take a break and do some laundry other days I only have time to get water and use the bathroom. Don’t be like me I really try to get away but it is very hard sometimes. make sure your taking your breaks consistently and log off at 5
You are me. I am you. From the schedule to the kids to the lack of breaks. I try to get to the gym 3 days a wprk week but hubby was sick and my schedule was steamrolled.
I need some good work from home companies or who to trust??
I actually sleep in until about 20 minutes before I have to clock in. My husband takes the kids to school everyday so I don’t have to worry about that and they’re in HS so they get themselves ready. I work 9-6 so I work through the entire day and take my 15 minute breaks. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Sometimes I’ll combine the breaks in the afternoon to start dinner and have it ready for everyone when they get home. My day is typically really busy and I have no time for anything else but work during the day.
Create yourself a discipline schedule by an hour break 30 minutes then 2 x15 minutes
We have same hours as if we were in office, including taking 30 minutes for lunch … some are 7:00am to 3:30pm, I’m 7:30a-4:00p. I can be some flexible if needed, but I stick to that. Step away when needed.
I'm very interested
I usually will start at six. Take a fifteen around 8-8:30. Lunch (30min) at noon. Another 15 around 1-1:30. And done by 2:30.

I feel like there really is no typical day, but I start by 8 and try to sign off around 5:30
I am very interested! I love working from home. I have my own office. I worked in the emergency department for over 12 years
Sorry for the late reply. I’m currently looking for work. At my last job. I was a credit processor
Start times of flexible but I start at 7:30 almost every morning. Most mornings, I clock in and go back to sleep for like 15 minutes. It's a good refresher to help me wake up, as I am not a morning person. My work duties are just billing and taking 10 to 20 phonecalls. I take two 15 minute breaks, one in the morning, one in the afternoon. We get up to an hour but I try to keep lunch at 30 minutes so that I can get off at 4:00. But if I'm still eating and it takes less than 5 minutes to finish, I might finish the rest while I'm clocked in. I rarely like OT. So most days I'm off on time.
My day starts at 9:30 AM and then I have my 1st 15 minute break at 10:50 and then lunch from 2-3 and then my 2nd 15 minute break at 4:20 and then I end the day at 6:30 PM
Your company will give you your breakdown with lunch and breaks. Working from home is the BEST been doing it for 3 yrs and never want to go in a office again
Hi, we have the same schedule as on-site employees. I work 8:00 to 4:30 with 2 15’s and a 30 minute break.
My day starts at 7:00 AM and I have to wake up my kids for school. I put my dinner in my crockpot and make sure that my kids are out the door by 8:20 AM. I log on at 9:00 AM and take my first break at 11:30 AM. If the call volume is low, I'll take a quick bathroom break and get something to drink. I take my lunch break at 1:00 PM and then around 3:40 PM I'll make a snack for my kids and make sure that they're settled and quiet so I can finish my shift at 5:30 PM.

Sometimes I find that I am not getting up from my desk for hours so I try to stretch whenever I can and get up to refill my water.
It depends upon many things such as ...
the requirements of the job
the expectations of the job
the immediate needs of the job
The pay rate and most of all ...
how much you love what you do and
What's going on in your world.
Are you a focused person or are you distracted by many other things?
Are you self-motivated or is someone challenging you or even threatening you?
Are crazy things happening with the family at home?
All of that is part of your world.
Have a comfortable desk chair for computer work. I work from 6a -3 p.m. plus more time as needed. Get up to stretch and use bathroom. Sometimes get outside for fresh air and get the mail. Short lunch break.
Honestly for me it depends on the day and what all I have going on as far as my work is concerned. There are days when I may only get up once to take a break because I am so busy and then there are days when I am up more frequently. No two days are really the same for me.
