Can any Facebook people please chime in here (or those in consulting who have recently interviewed)… I’ve been told by my FB recruiter that the base for the Privacy Program Manager role which they reached out to me about is 105-110k, with 60k equity over 4 years. This feels way out of wack… I am currently at 145k TC, 5 YOE, without even being at the M level yet. Can anyone weigh in? TIA!

I’ve applied to AE and AM positions at Amazon and Uber but I can never seem to get past the 1st interview. I have 7yrs sales experience and consistently top3 AM, I sell automotive chemicals and provide business development consolation. I used to have the ability to see a breakdown of past sales, but my company took that away (although I was able to save 2019,2020,&2021 numbers).
