My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? I have 2.5 years of experience in SAP Fiori and now I have two options available.

1.Deloitte USI
2.Small firm based out of California and few countries specialized in SAP GTS consulting with permanent remote.

I would like to grow my skills in SAP ABAP and im also more into remote work with good WLB. I'm totally confused whether I should go with big4 or should I take this risk at early stage of my career. I'm just afraid that I'm making mistake ignoring D USI for small firm.
