My TCS joining date is 25 th Oct. Now i have got 2 offer from other organization which giving more CTC than TCS. So i have send mail to TCS HR yesterday who recruits me, to revise my offer CTC then he replied today with requesting the below details

Is it good sign that they can revise my CTC ? what you think. Because i heard from many people that TCS generally not giving considering counter offer..

I had cleared the technical round at Accenture and uploaded all my documents on their portal. Later, the HR tells me that the demand for the candidates has reduced and we cannot extend offer.
