I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?
Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

Call him out then and there itself. Clearly mention you haven't been working on it. This will expose your manager and also help you eventually since if you keep taking all those responsibilities on yourself, it is you who will have to face the consequences as well since your manager's superiors might think it's you who hasn't been doing your job properly.
Skip level is not a solution because it seems like they are besties ...
If you have to sustain in this blood shedding corporate world, you will have to learn how to say No. Trust me it's the most difficult thing in any job, if someone learns it, can conquer on his job.
