Can anybody provide insight on salary range for seniors in tax at Amazon? Currently a first year manager but told role would be a senior of tax controversy in Virginia and wondering if salary will be equivalent to my salary as first year manager in PA.

I have below offers in hand with 9years of experience.

2. Synechron Tech 28LPA (only fixed)

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
