So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?

I currently make 60LPA in Hyderabad and my firm has an offer for 150k in Chicago. Is it worth? I am generally happy with the package in India and have good savings as I own my house in Hyderabad and I am not a lavish spender. I have been onsite in US previously with an allowance but I did not go crazy over the so called American experience. Single earner with one kid.

Let’s talk comp — I’m a remote head of recruitment with 6 years of experience being paid 75K base plus bonuses that got me to 90K this year. Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Can anyone shine more light on this? The extension would really help me, but I’m not sure what more to tell them in my email than the fact that I couldn’t sit for the exams this Spring/Summer due to test centers closing in NYC.

Hi guys, i made a profile switch into Advertising just before covid and started as a fresher. Currently i have 2.5years of experience and 4L CTC as an Account Executive. Just trying to find out the salary brackets for this role in the industry and what should be my ECTC in case of job switch.

I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)

What is personal independence??

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?
