Can anyone give insight on what your company is doing moving forward with vaccine mandates and work from home permanently? My team was given the option to work from home perm if they wanted. A lot of companies I’ve heard are doing the same thing and allowing people to wfh permanently but also have heard some companies are still going to push vaccine mandates for in office employees. What are your thoughts out there? If I make a move at this point it would have to be a remote job.

My family and I have been looking to move to an island. My spouse works remote and can relocate at any time. My firm has an office on said island, but they don’t pay me enough to live there.
