Hi Guys, Please suggest. 1. I have one offer in from HCL Technologies (22L fixed+3L variable).
2. Few days back when I did not have the HCL offer, PDM round of IBM was conducted where they verbally offered 21.8 L fixed. The offer letter is yet to be released. I really wanted to join IBM.
Now should I contact IBM HR and say to revise the offer or should I wait until the offer is released?

Most product manager interviews I’ve been through involve normal behavioral type component and then also some sort of product case study or activity. Activity could be something along the lines of a business scenario where you have to walk through how you would approach building out a new feature. Thinking through who are your users and stakeholders? How will you do user research/validation? How would you organize the feature? What assumptions would you make? What open questions need to be addressed? What integrations or interactions would your feature have with other existing features? You should also be able to share stories of how you have collaborated well with both visual designers and developers as having a good dynamic among the key roles is important.
There’s sites called Product Gym and Product School you may find helpful. Also there’s some podcasts out there that walk through product journeys in terms of how companies built their digital products. I like one called Rocketship.fm.
