Can anyone help with the details of job roles and responsibilities for a AVP FP&A role with EXL SERVICES ( band D1)

Hi. I got selected as a consultant in Global business services role (SA&MA) in DI. Can someone throw some light on this practice as what it does? Will the clients be India based or overseas?

What recruiting companies have you worked with in the past to land a new role? How do you reach out to them? I’m looking for a new opportunity and have never initiated contact with a recruiter before.

I am an IT architect with 10 years of experience specifically in Salesforce products. I am thinking of moving from a strategy consulting role to an architecture role in Salesforce (company) itself. I have experience building tech strategies and also technical project delivery.

Wondering if it makes sense to apply for an Enterprise Architect (pre-sales) or a Senior Technical Architect role??

Also in terms of seniority and salary are these roles any different?

I have received 3 offers from 3 companies for PM role in the last week with my preferred company offering the least.

I would like to negotiate based on competing offer numbers - what are the things that I should keep in mind when doing so? Anything that I should be of? Like should or should I not share the actual offer letter? Etc?

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. I quit. Found a role as social media specialist. Realized (again) that I hate social media. Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Thoughts in general?

Is it possible to exit to pharma/biotech companies without an MD or PHD? All the alumni I can find on LinkedIn seem to have a science background in the usual corp strategy and biz dev roles. Are there other parts of the org I should target? I am a post-mba consultant.

I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues.
