I have recently moved to Canada and I was working into retail branch banking while in my home country.
I wish to switch my career path to AML compliance Analyst roles and would like to know which is a better certification to land a decent job in Canada initially.

What is the best way to gracefully exit a small firm where the senior partner is very high-profile, knows everyone, and is likely to be personally offended by my departure? This partner has also begun their term in a very public-facing and time-consuming position - 1 year term. I can’t do it anymore but I know it’s bad timing and I don’t want to burn this bridge. Help!
