When I moved in-house a year ago as a BigLaw mid-level, I took a 45% pay cut, far more than I was comfortable with (although I was fine with a 20-30% cut). Pegasystems is a product based company with alot of benefits but salary is very low.
Mphasis is offering good but heard they have very less development projects and also wlb is not that good
LTI is also offering good and heard that again wlb is not good.

LTI and Mphasis are service based companies.
