Can anyone tell me the dress code for WaFd Bank? I currently work for one of the very few banks that allows employees to show tattoos but I’m looking to move so I’m wondering if there’s even a chance I won’t have to cover them.

Hmm I am not 100% sure about that bank specifically. I would try asking HR or reaching out to someone who works for them currently on Linked in to see what information you can gather that way.

I’m still in the interview process with them and I don’t like to ask before receiving an offer just in case they aren’t very fond of them. I have a decent amount but they are all easy to cover. That is a great idea to find a current employee through LinkedIn! Thank you for your advice!

I have visible tattoo's as do 3 out of 4 on my team. As long as they are not offensive, on the face or neck, or covering your hands - you're good to go!

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own. There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!

Is it the case here?

There is this big bank where I'd love to work at, and after several interviews for various positions they end up promoting someone from within, even thou I understand it and think it’s good they promote their people, it left me feeling like I'm just being used to comply with the process.

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.
