I realize now that I don’t like client services but I know how much my team is just managing to tread water. I have resigned from my current organisation and have asked for an early relieving. I have offered to buyout the remaining of the notice period but my manager is not agreeing citing reasons as procedure of the company. My offer letter with this company states that I can leave early in lieu of payment of the notice period on mutual agreement. My manager is simply not agreeing as he is angry that I’m leaving. Can someone help me understand that legality of his adamance?
