I’ll be honest, while I believe in mental health issue I think many issues are self inflicted / maintained. For something like BPD there are many treatments but I’d recommend breathwork and meditation to help stabilize. This sounds ridiculous (I know) but meditation is not what everyone thinks it is (sit quietly somewhere). There’s also yoga, eating well and exercise to improve your mood. When dealing with emotional instability, turn into yourself and pour all of your emotions inward through self care actions (like going for a walk outside).
