Can recruiters help you get an internship? After graduating from my undergrad course, I was hoping I could get an entry-level job, but they all need experience that I obviously don't have. And I will never understand how this is a requirement. Either way, how can I get myself an internship? Cold applying hasn't taken me anywhere.

Have you started a new job without taking a break? How was it? I thought I’d have more time to give my notice but the background check took longer than I thought so now I have no wiggle room between my start date and the two week notice.

I've had three interviews so far: 1) with the recruiter, 2) with the hiring manager, 3) with the lead of an adjacent division.
