Employee can rejoin after a gap of 6 months. There is an employee file maintained at org level for every employee. This is accessible only Group Managers and above. Throughout your Bosch tenure, your respective managers can write remarks.
At the time of exit, your manager is required to enter remarks in your file, whether you can be rehired in future. If there is no serious negative remarks in your file, then you can be rehired.
As mentioned, the file is maintained at the org level, so even if you apply in a different department, the manager can access the remarks written by previous managers.
Usually managers will write "can be rehired" for every employee. Unless employee has serious performance issues or was involved in any misconduct. Hope this helps.
