Can someone explain to me the clear difference between a product manager and a product marketing manager? In my previous company, the roles are all intertwined, and we're all doing and helping with each other's jobs. But now that I'm searching for jobs, I realize there is a clear distinction, and I don't know which role exactly to apply for. I've spent the last three years as a manager for a vertical with a team under me handling different products.

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

What’s your work-life balance like? It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing?
