Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Heavily team dependent. I’d say 85%+ of my work has been heavily strategy focused, but others might only have 50%. However, to ZS1s point, everything we do has a “strategy” component. That’s why we’re not cheap and why we have such high standards for who we hire.
It is not always truly “strategic”. What is a “strategic” project means anyways? But, if you are asking whether you would be designing a strategic roadmap for a pharma company, or help them decide long term investment strategies etc. you may but it is not what a typical ZS associate do everyday. There is a chance that you might be staffed on a purely ops type project at times. This is a tough question to answer but if someone is telling you that you always will, he/she is not doing his/her job right. A lot of people come to the company with wrong expectations and create low engagement. But going back to my original question what is strategic? In my mind, almost everything we do have strategic value. We do call planing for sales reps. One can see that it is purely ops but essentially you are trying to make the best decision to allocate company’s most important customer facing resource to drive revenue and/or profit. Hope this helps
Is this the team that runs ATUs?
It’s a mix. You’ll have some strategy stuff (go to market, data strategy, field force structure) but you’ll also do execution work as well. Heavily dependent on which space and PAM you work with
