If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. Looking at possibly accepting an offer at Microsoft (nice offer) as a recruiter. It seems a little different, no sourcing due to no time & the slating of one female & black or Hispanic.
