Hi Friends, i attended 2 client interviews and both went wrong. I don't know what to do. I am new to EY GDS......Is anyone faced the same ?

Looking for help in applying for a position at EY - Data and Analytics. Would like to be referred by someone at EY so my submission isn't buried.

Applied for a role with Salesforce and had both a talent advisor and corporate recruiter reach out to schedule time to talk about the role. Is this normal for the recruiting process for two different people to reach out to schedule time? Is one more senior than the other/different approach?

I regret not applying to Harvard. I never thought I’d get into a top school and then got into wharton with a 100k fellowship - which changed my entire perspective. It sucks thinking “what if…”. I just didn’t have the confidence and thought wharton was a reach so why bother with H/S 🙃 hope this inspires someone to just shoot their shot - you never know

Regarding these interviews: I’ve smoked pot exactly once, about 15 years ago. Do no other drugs. If I disclose that when I ask, is that a problem?

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

Recently started going through the interview process. I ended up going through 2 interviews in about a week. After the first interview I heard back the following day saying that they wanted to meet for a second one. It’s been about 4 days now since the second interview, which felt like it went great, and still haven’t heard anything. Am I being impatient or should I have heard back by now? I already sent a thank you message after the second interview, should I try to follow up again?

Bain 🐠, have experienced hire interview coming up with view of coming into PE group. What types of cases should I concentrate on? Valuation? Profitability? Market sizing? Coming in as 2nd year Consultant

what is the day to day like as a PL at BCG? how many cases, hours, responsibilities, etc,

Is it easier to go from McK to BCG or Deloitte to BCG? If one is easier, how much easier? And do BCG recruiters ever poach from McK or is that a big no-no?

BCG fishes: If you make a temporary transfer to another office for 12-24 months, will your salary (& taxes) come from the home office or the office that you transferred to?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
