The problem is I am an international student. In the email, they stated eligibility is limited to individuals don’t need sponsorship, now or in the future. However, in the job description they said “Limited immigration sponsorship may be available”

Any advice will be helpful !

I just received my performance review and my manager recommended ~15% raise and ~20% bonus, however, management only ended up giving me a 5% raise and 14% bonus plus I am expected to considerably expand my role, but no promotion.
