I wanted to try companies which pays 30L base minimum. How much does Amazon offers for SDE2 and SDE3 role?

Companies have different career ladders. Please be confident with yourself. If they think you are competent for it in their company, then you are. If you weren’t, then that’s on them, and don’t feel bad about yourself.
Thanks for the insight! I do know this but sometimes it’s good to have your thoughts reaffirmed. Cheers.
Nope! Unless you have no idea what you're doing. But if you've been in the field this long, you're already knowledgeable enough...
ABSOLUTELY NOT. You can move up in your career too quickly if you are tripping over yourself because you oversold your qualifications or getting blown out titles. But a developer cannot cheat their way through. If you're getting this kind of attention, you're doing well and should ride with confidence (and gratitude). It is extremely hard to get great developer roles and people take a long time waiting for promotions. You are probably a golden child. Well done.
There it is then.
As long as you are confident in your abilities and have the skills and aptitude for the job, there is nothing wrong with taking a title when it comes your way. If anything, you should be proud of yourself.
It sounds less like you're ranking up too fast and more like you're being recognized for some exceptional talent. In general, if you're still able to do the job well and you don't find the new role overwhelming it's never too fast. Godspeed!
