Capital One: has anyone had success changing the name on the reservation last minute and if so, how? My gf booked a hotel for work through the C1 portal but I decided yesterday to fly out today and join her. I have Hyatt Globalist, she does not. Hotel won’t let me add my member ID (and therefore status) unless the original reservation is under my name. C1 is saying it’s too close to the start of the reservation. All of this seems like it should be solvable

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward.
