Hi all, have offer from both places as a Senior Associate. Cap1 is cybersecurity audit and. JPMC is infosec risk assessment. Im currently at big 4 doing Risk, it audit, infosec assessments. Cap1 offering 120K base with 5 K bonus. Jpmc offering 130 k base with 10 K bonus. Cap1 team felt more nice and welcoming. Jpmc team seemed more serious. What to do? Which place is where i can segue later to big tech and have work life balance? Capital One

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment.
