I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

Will IBM revise offer after accepting it ?
Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview
Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

If you aren’t within the budget I was given for the role, you unfortunately aren’t the perfect fit.
I’d be more pissed if my recruiter had you start the process knowing we could never meet your $, it would be wasting everyone’s time.

CD3 that’s the client’s money. There is definitely not always more money on the agency side for a new hire.
Definitely not coming from CDs. Coming from finance. How much wiggle room there is depends on the agency and how much they truly value creative in upper mgmt

Recruiters are waste of time tbh, we’re better off without them. I often bring on people myself because our one is garbage. She turns away good people because she thinks it’s cool, or a power trip. I’ve also been forwarded her feedback from a candidate, and it was embarrassing. Looking forward to seeing the back of her.

Don't understand why agencies let people who know nothing about our work gatekeep.
I once got turned away by an agency recruiter for a freelance gig, she said I wasn’t a fit.
A few months later, a friend of mine hooked me up with an ECD from that agency, and he brought me in immediately to work on that same account. The same recruiter handled my freelance onboarding.
One day our team had after-work drinks. I asked the ECD if the recruiter ever showed me to him. He was confused. I said I applied for the same role on the same account and was told I was not the right fit. It turned out the recruiter never showed me to the ECD at all.
