Sans courses are legit. Their certs carry a lot of weight.

Ppl generally frown on Ceh for some reason. Can’t go wrong with PMP. What do you want to do?

If you’re in security, I think CISA, CISSP, SANS or cloud certs are the move.

Sounds like ur at wgU. Go for pmp.

You'll need yrs of experience with PMP. The required yrs of exp for CEH can be their class. I took CEH recently. I have CISSP and asked my BAH boss what cert to go for and she said CEH. Many others on my acct have CEH. Next is PMP for me.

Both. Prioritize CEH

PMP but if looking at CEH I would suggest CompTIA pentest+

Hi fellow consultants. Looking for your help on a career decision. I graduated from a top 20 mba (career switch) with 3.5 YOE with tech strategy consulting and 1 with a consulting startup. Does it make sense to join McK as an experienced hire? Honest and serious replies only please. Thanks.

I’m looking to apply for MBA schools in a year or so. And interested in possibility of doing so in Europe. Just checked the rankings and Imperial(London) is 8th just above Cambridge. Is this accurate?

I used to be so ambitious - stay till manager, go for MBA, all that. But between the pandemic and working in public accounting, now all I want is a dog, a house, and a long term partner.

Would pwc compensate me if I wanted to take courses so I qualify for a 1 year MBA?

Thinking of asking for an office transfer from LA to NYC, what are the pros and cons of this? I am tired of my life in LA and it’s been my dream to live in the city since college. The downside is I’d have to give up my network at my current office, and with an MBA 2 years down the line, I think I’d be able to save more in LA. Has anyone made a similar move or do you have advice? TIA!

For 🐠 with a MBA!! I am currently a FT consultant, and PT MBA student. As I complete my MBA, I am planning on my next career move. I could either stay at my current firm or jump ship.

If you are open to sharing, I would appreciate knowing your salary offered to you and firm name, once you had onboarded to said firm with an MBA.

27M, YOE 2, TC 115k - I find myself hating work and pining for school, MBA or Law, but I want to check myself. Ending my 20’s, is this urge for school just a symptom of the inevitable grieving of the passing of my youth? Anyone else in similar straights?

Just paid off $85k in student debt for UG, the thought of taking out 150k+ more in student loans for an MBA (aiming M7) is hard to justify rn, is it worth it 😫

Hey ladies - for those of you who pursued top MBAs in your early to mid 30’s;

1. Did you have kids or were you married when you did?
2. Were you in the oldest in your classes?
3. What stage were you at in your career (e.g. senior consultant, manager, etc..)
4. Do you feel like post MBA your career success changed significantly? . 5. Overall was it worth it?
Thanks so much ladies!

At what point in your career does it make more sense to go for an EMBA vs MBA?
