I had attended the Salesforce Developer interview on [08-11-2025] and submitted all required documents (CIS, CDF-2, certificates). I was informed that I am shortlisted and the next steps will be communicated.

There has been no update for a while, and the offer letter release process will be delayed? and any one got the offer in that day who attended the interview please reply on this.

I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. I've cleared two rounds and now the Hyd manager is telling me that if I move to Hyd otherwise they will not proceed with my application any further. Can anyone suggest to me what can be done here?

Completed all the interviews and had positive feedback but before the offer I spoke with the recruiter (third party) and asked them if I can get to a certain compensation number as I might have couple other offers around that number but they got back saying the firm has decided to move on as they cannot match it. What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Interviewed with MS 2 weeks back for a Sr. PM role and followed up with recruiter today... they say that the team just finished with interviews last week and needs time to make a decision. Is this normal? Does a verbal offer take this long? Or is it just cos they are working on a formal offer?

My client wants both parties to list assets & liabilities as an exhibit to their prenup without values, but waive the right to know the actual valuation of those in the prenup itself. My initial thought is this is a terrible idea & would probably make the prenup easily voidable since a main requirement for a prenup is for both to understand the nature and value of the other’s assets. I will research in my jurisdiction to confirm, but has anyone ever heard of/done this? Thoughts?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. I'm considering hiring someone who may be required to have a series 65. How long should it take someone who is (a) smart & (b) no industry knowledge to study and pass?

I'm a brand new attorney (passed the Feb 2021 bar) who started an in-house counsel position a few months ago (where my focus is negotiating agreements for the sale of my company's software). I was a contracts manager on an in-house team for 4 years prior, which is why I was able to go straight in-house. I'm entirely skipping out on firm life, which feels both good and bad. Is there anything I should think about getting experience in? How should I go about making sure I am seeing enough things?
