Cognizant is conducting 2 MCQ and one HackerRank based tests for bench associates(Lateral joinee). Passing percentage is 70 for each. Failing which associates will be terminated. While joining we gave MCQ tests and technical interviews. Everyday we go through technical interviews followed by client interviews for getting projects .Just another excuse for termination just like fake experience letter. Any thoughts on this? Hello Fishes, I interviewed at a company in October and they responded to me after a month. I accepted the verbal offer last week Wednesday. They said they would give written offer in a week. I have recruiters from the same company reach out for positions at different locations. My current recruiter said once I accept this I can't interview for other positions at the same company. R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
