Coming from Deloitte GPS Strategy at SC level, looking to jump to M role at a competitor ASAP, where should I focus first?

Anyone hiring in planning process or transformation practices? Not really happy with my boutique. Experience would likely translate to experienced M level at bigger firms. Have experience leading process design projects, IBP and Anaplan implementation projects. Getting more involved w/ o9 too but no project lead experience

Advice Request: Started my career litigating. Switched to niche transactions (so about half and half at this point). Halfway through a year long sabbatical and reevaluating what I want to do (left before jumping to Senior associate). I’d like to get into litigation again in a practice group I don’t have experience in. Any suggestions on how to do this? How to approach firms and partners etc? Past 2 firms on my resume are top 30.

With so many VC firms coming up have you considered pivoting into the VC space? Wondering if the pay is good as compared to consulting. For context, I am a M making $170k base in the South East.

Just got a lateral hire offer for a Sr Associate role with BCG. Contract states that I can go for Consultant promo in 12 months.
