Any tips on how to start and prepare my MBA Application? I don’t plan on applying till 2022 as I want to attend in 2023. What are things I can do to prepare now in order to have a strong application? Background: I’m aiming for HSW, M7, and top 15. I’m currently a Staff at EY within Business Consulting. I graduated from a Top 25 Business Undergrad - majoring in Finance and minor in Advertising with a 3.71 GPA. I want to pivot towards PM or Corporate Strategy in Tech, at Toyota, or Nike. TIA!

^Ah.. The politician approach. You guys/girls are good.
Why you want to change? Where do you see yourself in 2-3 years? Why do you think we are the right fit for you? So on and so forth. Pretty generic, the interviewers also google questions pretty often! ;) for the time you failed - take any challenging situation, say, you did not know how to deal with but immediately brought it to attention of senior personnel on the team - win win!
Thanks @Deloitte 1 , i was just wondering interviews would be any different/ difficult for experienced hires or if any technical questions would be involved
Depends on who referred you and your resume. I was an experienced hire as well and the questions were career related and not technical. They know you can learn and do the audit from your resume and referrals. What they care about is the other side!
Thats true @delotte1. thank you!
