Can a law firm in CA rescind an offer if background check reveals an omitted employment history? Worked at a firm for 2-3 months back in 2019 that wasn’t a good fit. What’s the best way to negotiate more money during a contract to FTE conversion? My manager and I had the conversion convo today and he said he’d like to convert me immediately and took the action item to do so. In terms of comp he said they should already have what I’m expecting but I don’t think I communicated any FTE number to my contracting company. In this job market with all the layoffs, should I count my blessings and take what I can get or is there wiggle room.

I am new to the team and i am facing lots of issues while doing my workspace setup.I have 3 yrs of experience and all of the guys in my team are atleast 7+ yrs. My team ( 6 onshore+2offshore including me) = 8
If I keep on asking for help again and in the team meetings what my lead will think about me as a developer and everyone will be fed up from me seeing me asking for help repeatedly.
