How much is the average time to complete recruitment process at Credit Suisse ? I started my process in July, I would have already joined another in the next month and they haven’t completed there process? I haven’t heard back from recruiter in last 3 weeks ? Does that mean i am rejected?

Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏
In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

Which MBB has the hardest interview process?
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

I can’t speak for Apple specifically, but usually everyone will share their impressions and put you up against the other candidates. I have used a rating system in past where candidates get a score. It sorts it out pretty fast. If someone really does not like you or feel you are not the best pick for the job, that will be considered.
Will likely need Apple-specific feedback. Some firms differ. E.G. Google is pretty risk-averse, so you don’t need anyone banging the table for you to get hired while you’re doomed if someone thinks you’re a no-go.
The decision makers are the directors. From what I know 4 directors need to give you the stamp of approval, managers are not even included in the yes or no process unless you made a massive interview error. I turned down an offer at Apple recently because I have heard horrible things about their culture ( Zero WLB, internal backstabbing, lack of team comradery, etc) - So if culture is important to you, may be something to consider! Best of luck, OP!
How long was the process?
