Considering a career change from Architecture to Customer Success Management. I am 29 with 5yrs of exp in architecture and no experience in CSM. What would you recommend to do between now and applying for a job in 3 months to position myself well and get a good salary job? Any courses / certification / experience to get ahead of time? Is a transition into this career common?

How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance. The more senior leaders on the team are awesome and so is the client. It’s this one coworker who just got promoted and is now stepping on me constantly. Thanks!
