All these people making judgements about this being too low have no idea what they're even comparing. Salary ranges vary by group, skills, location, experience, etc. Just because someone else makes more doesn't mean it's comparable to your situation. Your offer does seem within range for an L7. You can always ask for a little more, but know that there are limits for each level by various factors. And also your level is determined based on the skills and type of experience you have. I've seen people with 15+ years of experience at all levels - L10 to L3.
Sounds low based on YOE
Without consulting experience this sounds about right. The success rate for experienced hires without prior consulting experience is pretty low. I made it, but >80% of similar experience hires from my experience have not. Feel free to DM me if you want any advice
Be careful, as a L7 you don’t want your rate too high. It will be very hard to get you staffed on projects if you go too high. Then you’ll get bad reviews because you’re not doing enough client work, etc.
Signed… Newer L7 from
Industry with a high rate.
Well, I’ll be frank. My base isn’t much higher and I’ve been turned away from ~1/2 the projects at a level 7 because my rate is too high. In fact, I often have to go a level up just to find something. While this may sound good in theory, like myself you won’t have the company experience to be strongly considered for those opportunities either. I’ve been walking a tight rope for a while and I’m just now getting a lot more traction at the higher levels after proving myself with several client engages. It was a big pain though to get them and I’ve spent a ton of time on the bench which is not good.
I believe my offer was similar to yours. I have more experience so I negotiated more. Plus, I had another offer so I could leverage more. Reflecting on it now, I would go back to myself at the time and said I’ll take it. Not because I’m not worth more but because it’s really about getting client work. If you’re doing well on client work then you get promotions, better performance reviews, and ultimately bigger bonuses. I wonder if I’ve hurt my trajectory because of it.
Honestly, every contract is negotiated differently, so it’s hard to say that this or that should be your max. One client could take you on while another cannot. It’s just the way it is… I would personally recommend taking a larger perspective on it, knowing what I know now.
BTW… I’m not telling you not to negotiate. I would just think about what it is you want and how is the best way to go about it. Good luck!
No one has asked the location - that will make a difference to salary range
Yes they did - the OP said Atlanta

What city? Sounds very low but sign on is decent.
Atlanta
Accenture L7 can probably push up to 175-180k, unless you’re in Strategy, which can get you past 200k.
What's the difference between S&C and Strategy?
You can get 175k, i got same done with couple of guys last week
What is the salary range for Growth Strategy Manager in CEO &ES? I am about to begin interviewing.
That's an unusually low pay ... are you in BPO ?
Biz process outsourcing = BPO . You are definitely getting lowballed big time for strategy .. at 17 YOE
Lololol low base… but rly?! 33k bonus?!
Yea. over compensating for low base
That’s very low. I make that as an L8
Oh wow. Was that your start? I haven't negotiated yet. Just got the offer
Winner sign me up!!!
Within S&C what capability group are you aligned to?
Infrastructure
That seems quite low base for that company and YOE
I came in at 190K 4 years ago
And $60K sign-on
Boston
You are being shortchanged by a MILE!

What sub level in Manager? If at M2/M3 then Accenture will give you a good one year to be in the ecosystem and promote to Level 6 Bt i too feel you can be brought in at SM1
I think they’re offering low right now. I recently got an offer and it was much lower than colleagues were getting just a few months. I negotiated heavily and they barely budged. Take the offer if it’s good for you.
They just closed their books on the fiscal year. The pool of money they had on hand for new joiners and negotiations was scraping the bottom of the barrel. Joining now that will be replenished (though they’ll also be reassessing salaries/hiring based on how EOY financials came out - to be announced tomorrow)
Were you able to negotiate?
I was. Got 10k more base and 2k more sign on. Still think it could have been more
