Base + yearly bonus- 25.3L
NVIDIA offer-
Base- 27L (they don't have yearly bonus concept)
Joining bonus- 4L
RSU- 80k USD
Please suggest, is this a good offer?
How much can I expect base and RSU from NVIDIA?

Cell phone reimbursement is $65, but you have to install email on your phone.
As far as I know KPMG is no sick leave, 20 days PTO for manager and below (jumps to 25 at sr manager), no pto use for summer and winter shutdown, no wellness benefits at the manager level (I think — associates and sr associates are $300 per quarter), there is some cell reimbursement
If you get an offer from KPMG, their HR will send you all of this information and you can also find it in the pre-hire center. I just made the switch.
There are slight differences that may push a person to one firm vs another withe all other factors being equal. Small things like at pwc, you get to keep your phone and never see a phone bill vs at Deloitte, you have to run your phone bill each month through your expenses and have to give the phone back. Unlimited sick days at pwc vs no sick days at Deloitte.
So you’re going from #3 to #4....
If you are selecting your employer based off which has the most revenue, chances are it won’t end well..
