My partner has been telling me they can't give me an annual salary increment because I was already at the upper end of the salary bracket when I was hired (for EP purposes) and honestly with the current inflation I need that raise

Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

India offer is 10% more as compared to Poland one in terms of CTC, India offer has handsome joining bonus and stocks as well
