Could someone suggest range of what my Commerical real estate associate should be making? Mid-sized firm on a relatively low cost of living city; 9 years out of school; 1600 billable hour requirement; able to work independently on fairly complex transactions but not quite ready for partner

I got my offer last year to join in Sept this year. Recently, I was made aware by people in the firm that there is an increase in salary across the board including my role. Some people joining the same role have received a new offer letters, but I didn't. How should I write to the recruiter to ask? (it's a significant increase of ~20% 🥺)
