Covid leaves no longer available at Wipro?
I came down with Covid (tested positive yesterday) with severe symptoms: 102-104 °F fever, severe body ache, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, vertigo... doctor says will take at least 7 days to get back to somewhat normal.
Today I tried applying leave from myTime, but I can only see 5 sick leaves available, no covid leaves. That means I might very well exhaust all my sick leaves this year and few of my paid leaves as well? Wtf...

Any thoughts on how quick turnaround should be after first round interview? When’s a decent time to follow up?

Starting a new job next month, and considering taking two days off for kids’ spring break next month. Not sure whether it’s appropriate to request time off for a new job (I would’ve preferred not to take any time off for first three months). I may just be able to just ask for a single Friday off (so 1 day rather than 2 days).

I keep starting huge projects or hobbies and being intensely into it for about 10 days/2 weeks, after which I forget about it and the project just lays around my house for months until I get interested in it again or I toss it out/donate it. Also I have sent mail to join early but she is not responding for mails even hr(scheduled interviews) is not responding for calls
