Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

Overall very good place to be in pharma. People/leadership are great. Culture is good and the office scene in NY is fun. It’s nice not being tied to IPG or any large health parent company. Some teams are doing some decent creative work. They’re open to remote work so we have people all over which is rare these days.
Watch outs are pay might be slightly lower than other pharma agencies due to M+A being independent still. But salaries are still good.
I switched to ohg as a sr at 89. M+A pays fairly accurately then
I interviewed there! Wasn’t chosen, but they seemed nice, haha.
Feels like I have genuinely enjoyed working with over the past years has gone to MA recently.
AND layoffs. DAMN.
Don’t do it. Cult-like environment. Horrific HR (only 1 and very inexperienced person). Glassdoor reviews are pretty accurate re: Hr.
PMs set up unreasonable timelines and have no idea how and who to tap in. Briefing process poorly executed. People in leadership are white as marshmallows. There are good apples, but the overarching sh*tshow will eventually drive you out.
Pros: There are a lot of exciting projects going on and talented nice people who care about the work. People get promoted pretty easily. Remote work.
Cons: staffing is… an issue. There are way too many inflated titles and a lack of junior help across the board. People who are higher up do not have the time to lead properly so there is a lack of guidance from the top down in most departments. There is a culture where people just accept that this is how it is and everyone seems burnt out. Late night/weekend work is common and expected.
Hugely agree about the lack of juniors. I've never been somewhere where management was so executionally hands on. Sometimes nice but seems more like a ln "all hands on deck" necessity
