Given all the different teams and that this is 3 separate levels it’s going to be a very wide range. But I’d guess 95% are within 150k-450k inclusive of bonus and stock options.
That’s why it’s the low end of the range. But imagine an internal promotion to VP in the HR department.
The range here will be huge depending on department, agency, and other factors. Example a “VP Account Director” might make $180k at some places, whereas a “VP Group Creative Director” might make $275k or even $300k at others. An “EVP Managing Director” at a top shop might make $400k (or more) whereas an “EVP Production” might make $300k or less. It really varies quite wildly.
