Curious if anyone has gone from middle management to a Director position and possibly preferred just being a manager? I’m sure industry and the work environment play a big factor but was just generally curious to hear people’s experience/thoughts with this.

Now is it advisable for me to get a new job which'll give me hike of 20-30% taking it to 5.5-6LPA then after that look for technical profile after 6 months which'll give me hike on 5.5-6 instead of 4.5 LPA which i currently got.
