Currently a consultant at Big4 consulting in Canada. Previous experience (international): family physician, professor and advisor in Pharma company. Gradually realising that consulting isn't for me and think product management better suits my skills in the long run. How do I make the move? Any highly recommended/valued certifications? Or just start applying to jobs one level lower than C so i can learn the ropes and work my way up?

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line
