Currently a senior associate Full Stack Analytics Engineer at a Big 4. Current practice is struggling and looking to move to another Big 4. I am close to promo at my current firm and would have went for it this year if market conditions were better. I am 100 % going for promo next year. Should I apply to other firms as a Manager.
