Currently an SA at Accenture, hoping to get promoted at year end reviews, just curious if any L9s could share their compensation

- CD&O, AFS, DC
- 1.5 years current experience (will hit 2 years by year end)
- A -> SA bump was from 80 -> 90k with like a ~2.5k bonus
- Still in TDP as of right now, hired as a Software Engineer

Also curious what factors into your raise and promotion chances? I passed a certification earlier this year and am hoping to get another one before Mid years

Accepting an offer in IBD, lateraling over from consulting. Opportunity of a lifetime for me so don’t want to lose it.
But timing is horrible. I joined the Army Reserves before this opportunity was on my radar. Interviewed over several months, got the offer, but shipping out in 1 month for training for 6 months.
Do I irreversibly shoot my career by joining and immediately going on LoA? I obviously haven’t mentioned it in the interview process. Or will this be forgotten a couple years in?

But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.
