Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Also got a 10k sign on and 10k relocation... Pretty hard to justify not taking lol
Do it! Worst case you jump back to PA for another raise
Hard to beat
That's 22%. My personal threshold for leaving is 15%, so I'd say go for it.
Wait a year, apply as a manager and you’re looking at 150k
I got offers for technical accounting manager positions with 3YOE but comp was too low @ 130k

Thanks for the replies. Technical accounting is something I've enjoyed in audit so that was the main motivator
Fk you and congrats. If I was in your situation I would.
Technical accounting seems to be a great path if you like the work. Can always go back to auditing if need be
I'm an A2 so idk how much you care about my exp but I'd take it if I were you, or move into more technical acctg and away from Audit regardless of where. More pay, and more chill ive heard.
Absolutely not. Wait til S2 promotion at least. My offers from the summer after S1 promotion to summer after S2 promotion increased by 30%. Threshold for leaving should be at least 25-30% as once you’re out your looking at low to mid singles /yr.
