Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

LEK will have more projects involving market access/commercialisation.
OW has historically done healthcare or management style projects but since it’s bought Huron a few months ago, it wants to tap into the same space as LEK and other competitors. For LS M&A, LEK is stronger

Congrats, two great offers. Based on your interests, it seems like LEK is a better fit. LS strategy projects are LEK’s bread and butter. If you want to, they can also place you to M&A projects given their good deal pipeline. Enjoy London and all the best OP!
